NEW ENROLMENT
How to Enrol at West Ryde BASC for the first time:

Below you will find instructions on how to Enrol.

The Enrolment Password to access the webserver is: WREnrol2020

Please be aware that the password is case sensitive.

  1. Read through the 2020 Parent Handbook
  2. Navigate to the West Ryde BASC Webserver and input the above Enrolment password in the ‘New User-Register here’ section. Click “submit”.                                                        https://www.becklynweb.com.au/westryde/
  3. Complete the new user registration page and click “Save”
  4. You will receive an email containing your username and password – once you have this, enter your login name and password and click “login”
  5. Setup your secret questions- you must complete at least one in order to continue.
  6. Click on “User Menu” and select “Change Password”. The password you enter will be required to sign your child in and out at the centre. Once you have updated your password, please click “Save”
  7. Click on “Parents Menu”
  8. Click on “Enrolment for 2020”
  9. Follow the instructions, using the arrows.
  10. Enter your child/ren’s details in the Child Details section, uploading any documentation (i.e. extra documents (required) and any applicable Allergy, Anaphylaxis, Asthma action plan forms, court orders and/or ACIR immunisation records)
  11. Continue through the process, clicking the “Finalise” button on the final page
  12. You will then receive 2 emails from Becklyn:
  • a draft copy of your enrolment form, for your records
  • your 2020 membership fee invoice.

You will then need to contact the Centre via email to arrange a meeting to have your enrolment approved and finalised by Centre staff. Until this step has been completed your children will not be placed on the waiting list nor will they be able to attend the Centre.

Please bring with you a copy of your child’s immunisation record and any of the following if they apply to your child; asthma, allergy, anaphylaxis, medical conditions or parenting orders.

 

NB: Booking Confirmations are sent separately to the Enrolment Confirmation.  Having a confirmed enrolment DOES NOT mean you have secured permanent bookings.  Please keep an eye on your emails for your Booking Confirmation. We anticipate sending these Booking Confirmations towards the end of Term 4.

RE-ENROLMENT
How to Re-enrol at West Ryde BASC for 2020:
   

Below you will find instructions on how to Re-enrol.

  1. Read through the 2020 Parent Handbook
  2. Log on to the West Ryde BASC Webserver using your existing login details. If you are unsure of these please email the Centre and we can resend them to you via email.
  3. Click on “Parents Menu”
  4. Click on “Enrolment for 2020”
  5. Follow the instructions, using the arrows.
  6. Enter your child/ren’s details in the Child Details section, uploading any documentation (i.e. extra documents (required) and any applicable Allergy, Anaphylaxis, Asthma action plan forms, court orders and/or ACIR immunisation records)
  7. Continue through the process, clicking the “Finalise” button on the final page
  8. You will then receive 2 emails from Becklyn:
  • Your completed enrolment form, for your records
  • Your 2020 membership fee invoice.

You will then need to contact the Centre via email stating that all the information submitted is true and accurate, once done Centre staff will approve your enrolment. Until this step has been completed your children WILL NOT be placed on the waiting list nor will they be able to attend the Centre.

 

If you child/ren have any allergies, asthma, medical needs or there are any parenting orders pertaining to your family you will need to also email the Centre to organize an appointment. This appointment MUST be completed before your children can be offered a place, it will, however, not affect your position on the waiting list.
